Overview Experience a tasty and colorful combination of street foods and art inspired by the indigenous peoples of Arizona and Central America through three complementary experiences. Here they are!
1) Colorful Murals
- Hidden in larger than life murals are meaningful symbols and icons relating to the stories of the ancient Hohokam, Mayan, Aztec and other cultures woven into modern day Phoenix.
- Could include tastes of things like squash blossoms, prickly pear and . . . we're not going to give away all of our secrets but you won't be disappointed!
- We'll introduce you to three of our trendiest restaurants in the Roosevelt Row district where you'll savour sumptuous side dishes, trendy tacos, drinks & desserts rooted in ancient history but with a modern twist. Saturday Tours will also include a visit to our lively open air market. All tours include 1 non-alcoholic drink, and at least 6 tastes. Come hungry! See acknowledgements below.
