Highlights:
- See beautiful historic and modern houses of worship that dot midtown and downtown Phoenix.
- Gain insight into the various beliefs, traditions & contributions of various congregations.
- Hear and participate in lively and fun music that surrounds holiday celebrations. Music provided by your flautist guide & other sources. Karaoke is not off the table!
- Step into at least two houses of worship.
- One is a visit to the historic Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located in the Historic Ashland neighborhood. Here we have been invited to see the chapel,watch a beautful minute video and enjoy some hot chocolate!
- The last will be a tour of the newly finished Guru Nanak Dwara in the Coronado Historic district where we learn about the Sikh religion, hear live music and for those interested enjoy delicious Punjabi Cuisine! A donation directly to the Gurdwara is requested.
- Other churches will include the First Presbyterian Church, the The First United Methodist Church, the Plotkin-Cutler Historic Jewish Museum, and the Phoenix Masonic Lodge.
